Tonight, Splash turns up the intensity for some sprint interval sets!  We continue to focus our training on stroke technique development, while adding in some speed work.  The main set tonight is tough.  It is aimed at speed work and really pushing yourself.  We look at targeting the four parts of the race:  starts/breakouts, turns, sprints, and the finish….

  • Current Practice ScheduleJanuary 10, 2026

    Practices until the end of the high school season (end of February) will be as follows:

    Sunday (no change) - 10-11:30am
    Monday - 9-10pm
    Wednesday 9:30 - 10:30pm

    All practices will be at the Columbus Aquatics Center.

  • Fall/Winter Practice UpdatesOctober 25, 2025

    Weeknight practices will be changing to Monday and Wednesday nights due to the high school swim season starting.

    On Mondays, we will be at the CAC on Hunter Avenue from 9-10pm.

    On Wednesdays, we will be at the OSU McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion from 5:45 - 7PM. Parking is available nearby at the Neil Avenue and Tuttle Garages. Enter through the North doors. We will be practicing at OSU on five Wednesdays (Oct. 29th, Nov. 5th, 12th, and Dec. 3rd, 10th).

    Our Sunday practice will remain at the same place and time.

  • Schedule UpdatesAugust 28, 2025

    Our last practice outdoors will be August 28 at 7pm at Dodge!

    We will begin practicing indoors at the Columbus Aquatic Center on Hunter Avenue at 10-11:30am this Sunday, August 31st. The 9am Sunday practice will not be offered indoors.

    Additionally, weeknight practices next week will start at 7pm (Sept. 2nd & 4th). They will move to 7:45pm starting September 9th!
