There will be NO practice at the JCC this Sunday, August 3. Practice will be from 5p-6:30p at OSU’s McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion, Mike Peppe Natatorium. More information on logistics can be found here from our Wednesday practice.
Reminders:
- Cost for this practice is $5 for monthly dues-paying members, or $10 for per-practice swimmers.
- Pool depth is between 7-11 feet, length is 50 meters (long course).
- We may not have on-deck coaching – be prepared to complete practice via the printed workout only.
