Two practices remain before the State Championship meet on April 2. This week, we will again focus on preparation for the upcoming competition with special demonstration of relay-exchanges. (That is to say, your Splash Coaches will attempt to demonstrate proper relay starts, and then we’ll work on the fine tuning. Never tried a start off the blocks before, or scared to? There is NO pressure – if you prefer to keep swimming, a lane will be available for you.
