Workout LogoTonight’s workout concludes our practices at Ohio State University!  Coach Kha is on deck and has prepared a great ladder set to finish up our winter pool time at Ohio State.

Note that this workout is as written for our fastest lanes.  We have a lesser-distance moderate pace lane workout, and a slower-pace beginner workout.  Don’t let distances deter you!
