Ohio Splash is pleased to announce we will be hosting 5 Stroke Clinics! These clinics will be held on every Monday evening throughout October in addition to our regular practices on Sundays & Wednesdays.

Are you interested in developing your stroke technique? Perhaps you’re an old pro, but would like a refresher on the new rules for Breaststroke? Maybe you’ve never quite figured out the rhythm of Butterfly? Now is your chance to hone your skills by joining our stroke clinic program.
These stroke clinics offer you additional time outside your normal workout schedule to focus on your technique and personal improvement.
Our clinics will be led by our team of coaches, emphasizing proper form and technique. There will be five clinics, one for each of the four strokes plus a final clinic focused on improving starts, turns, and power. We will work to enhance all strokes, through demonstrations and drills.
We encourage you to come with questions & an open mind to redefining your swimming technique.

Join us at The Columbus Aquatics Center located at 1160 Hunter Ave on the following dates:
- 10/3 – Backstroke with Coach Pat
- 10/10 – Butterfly
- 10/17 – Breaststroke
- 10/24 – Freestyle
- 10/31 – Starts, Turns, Power Phase
COST, ELIGIBILITY, & REGISTRATION
Regular Ohio Splash dues apply. Each clinic session is $5, payable on-deck or in advance on-line as a regular practice.
No supplemental registration is required. Join us at the pool on any of the dates outlined.
All swimmers must be registered members of United States Masters Swimming, or complete a free 30-day trial-membership application at the pool before joining the clinic.
Please note that these clinics are not intended to be swim lessons. While we welcome swimmers of any & all ability, our goal is to work on improving existing stroke technique.
