Workout for February 15, 2015

Workout LogoCoach Dan D brings us this DISTANCE workout.  Special focus for this workout is paid to the mental games played when swimming long distances.  In addition to counting, determining a strategy to throughout a long swim keep you engaged in the race.  Enjoy!

Warm-Up:
300 swim
200 pull
100 kick

400 kick (alternate fast/easy by :30)
3x200s Pull: 1&3 = 3/5/7/9 x25, 2 = Stroke

4×25’s Sprint @ :30
500 Pull

1000 Pull
