It’s the first of November and your Ohio Splash coaching staff feel the need…for speed! Speed strengthing workouts, that is! Our workouts Sunday 11/2 and Wednesday 11/5 will be focused on fast turns, fast kick, and techniques to improve your freestyle. It’s sure to be a challenging and fun experience!
